INSURABLE VALUE


Most insurable value assignments estimate replacement costs for condominiums or multi-tenant buildings along with their amenities.  Insurance policies may exclude various building components from coverage.  Typical excluded components could be interior cabinets, floor covering, and/or building foundation.  Our reports estimate values for each component separately thus, allowing the intended user to included or excluded components from the total value estimate.  This helps the intended user customize their insurance policy as required.
